Outstanding customer service and transparency

I came across Solatide while researching Australian peptide suppliers and was really impressed by their transparency around testing and COAs.

From my very first enquiry, the communication has been fantastic. They’ve been incredibly patient with all my questions, professional, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed or like any question was too much.

My order was also processed and shipped incredibly quickly, which was a pleasant surprise.

I’ve been really impressed with the overall customer service and transparency from Solatide so far. It’s refreshing to come across a business that takes the time to communicate properly and make the process straightforward.

I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them based on the level of customer service I’ve received.
