Alla mia prima richiesta di cambio sono stata completamente ignorata. Nessuna assistenza, nessuna risposta e una perdita di 50 €. Se cercate un negozio affidabile anche nel post-vendita, vi consiglio di pensarci due volte prima di acquistare qui.

Buongiorno ho ordinato un completo il 5 maggio con spedizione detta da loro (24/48h) perché mi serviva urgentemente per il 10 . Mi scrivono su whatsapp per chiedermi la conferma della spedizione per evitare che il pacco venisse rifiutato, confermo naturalmente perché mi serviva urgente. Oggi siamo al gg 11 maggio e 1 il pacco non è mai stato consegnato ( anche perché avevo pagamento alla consegna ) e 2 non rispondo neanche più da 2/3 giorni . Complimenti sito assolutamente da evitare !
