Nicola was fantastic. She helped us every step in selling our house. Wish she was in NC to help us find our new home. If you are ever selling your home she is the one realtor you need.

Nice people to work for but not the greatest ROI. I have been around a while and know how to work internet leads. I literally have had no viable conversations with the blind leads they sent me other then: "I just want a value" Had 2 appointments set by their concierge. 1 was a person that just wanted company as her brother told me, the other actually closed. $5500 in GCI for a $3000 investment.

The professional support that April Mason and her teamprovided during the listing and sale of the property is an art that is missing today in business transactions. If I was doing this again Keller/Williams would be my choice once again!

I can't speak to their real estate leads, but the mortgage leads are not quite ready to be sold. They are new to mortgage leads, and just don’t seem to have things dialed in yet. Personally, I would recommend waiting for a while before signing up, until they get things smoothed out.

To their credit, they did reach out to me almost immediately after posting my review to make things right. I won’t specify what they did, but suffice it to say they did right by me.

Steve Goodman was trustworthy and honest. He considered my needs and instructions in showing my home to prospective buyers. All of my questions via telephone and text message were promptly responded to by Steve Goodman.

I sold my home in 5 days. Had lots of eyes on it. Matt was always there to make everything much easier on me , when it came to finding handi men to take care of repairs.

Gavin did a great job. He took initiative on everything that needed to be done for the sale of our house. He did a great job communicating with us. We really appreciate him!

He was so helpful in guiding us step by step with every aspect of selling the home. He communicated with us daily if needed and always responded in a timely fashion. The realtor, Linda Duba bent over backwards in trying to sell my home. She was very easy to work with and Kopt in touch from every open house. She had she let me know what was said and good or bad. I really appreciate that she was willing to do whatever I wished regarding the sale and was concerned about keeping the house safe and Pipes and water taken care of in bad weather. She always pointed out the good qualities of my home in trying to sell it. She was an outstanding realtor, and I would highly recommend her to anybody that is selling their home.

SOLD.com was very helpful in the transaction I closed through them. The leads are very cold quite often, but they were very clear about that upfront and give a lot of training opportunities to help!

The leads I have been receiving lately are not interested in buying or selling. The last one was looking for windows!

Lucretia Tate! She is absolutely the best realtor I have ever had. I have bought and sold at least I have a dozen homes over my life. And I have never had anyone work so hard for me before. I had no idea that any realtor could have worked as hard as she did. I recommend her to everyone.

The client was great! It was a bit confusing at first because he didn't have a house to sell - he was selling the land next to his home. But after we established what he wanted to sell, we were able to work together from getting it subdivided, listed, under contract, and closed!
