⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Jean Holm!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Jean Holm!

Jean Holm did an amazing job selling my short-term rental in Kyle, TX. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and well organized from start to finish. She was always responsive, professional, and truly had my best interest in mind. She also went above and beyond by coordinating the sale of the home’s contents, which made everything even easier for me.

I’m very grateful for her hard work and dedication. If you’re looking for a reliable and caring agent, I highly recommend Jean!

To much of a fee!

This was one of the longest deals that I ever worked. I then ended up payment sold.com way to much for them making 1 phone call.

Once under contract, you end up getting harassed by their team even when you update THEIR portal with updates to closing dates.

Hey Chris,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to provide some clarity.

While it may appear on the agent side that a single call led to this appointment, this particular homeowner first came to SOLD.com back in 2021. Over the course of several years, our team made multiple outreach attempts and ran a long-term nurture process — including repeated calls and dozens of emails — to build trust and stay engaged until the seller was truly ready to move forward. That ongoing effort is ultimately what led to the July 2024 appointment being set for you.

We also understand that this transaction took longer than expected to reach the finish line. In our experience, that’s not uncommon — many sellers require significant time before listing, and a large part of our value is staying consistent and present so our agents are in position when the seller is finally ready.

Regarding follow-up on the referral fee, we apologize if this felt excessive. Unfortunately, because referral fees are success-based and only due at closing, we do need to be diligent in tracking transactions to ensure accuracy and fairness across our agent network. That said, your feedback on how this communication felt is noted.

We do want to acknowledge that you’ve successfully closed two transactions through SOLD.com referrals and currently have additional opportunities in your pipeline. That said, if the program isn’t a fit for you moving forward, we completely understand. Your account is on our free, pay-at-closing platform, and we’re happy to remove you at any time upon request. You can reach us directly at agentnetwork@sold.com, and we’ll take care of it promptly.

We appreciate you working with us and wish you continued success, whichever path you choose.

Easily the worst lead provider of all

Easily the worst lead provider I have ever experienced and I've used them all. 100% of the leads who I've made contact with have no intent to sell, have no idea why I would be calling and don't recall ever giving out their information to inquire about selling.

My guess is they are scraping public available homeowner data including phone numbers and emails and then passing them off as leads to keep up with the lead flow to justify their fees. Also keep in mind they will bind you to a contract which is very convenient for them....

Take a look at Jennifer B's review below mine. Notice how she EXPLICITELY states she never filled out their form and their response is to gaslight her and basically say, "ya you did". Unbelievable.

We’re truly sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been. We understand how discouraging it can feel when early conversations don’t reflect the outcomes you were hoping for, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective.

To add some important context, your account has been active for just about one month. SOLD.com is structured as a 12-month program by design, because most homeowners are not immediately ready to sell when they first request information. Historically, only about 10% of homeowners are prepared to engage within the first 30–60 days. The majority require time, education, and follow-up before they are willing to seriously discuss selling. This longer nurturing window is exactly why the program is not positioned as an instant-gratification lead source.

SOLD.com has been operating for over 7 years, and we provide agents with full transparency into lead activity, engagement, and conversions. Our longevity, along with the positive results many agents see over time, simply wouldn’t be possible if the system didn’t work when implemented as intended.

We also want to directly and clearly address the concern about lead quality and sourcing. We do not scrape public records, reuse old data, or sell harvested contact information. Every homeowner lead comes from individuals who submit their information through our website or through ads we run online. Each submission includes explicit opt-in consent language, along with time-stamped confirmation and IP address data. This level of verification is required by law, and we take it seriously. Anything else would be unethical and illegal — and it is not how SOLD.com operates.

When homeowners say they don’t recall submitting a form, it’s typically because they are very early in the process, requested general information (such as a home value or selling options), or submitted the form weeks or months prior. That doesn’t mean the lead isn’t real, it means the homeowner isn’t yet emotionally or mentally aligned with selling, which is common in this stage.

We’re always open to reviewing lead activity, walking through sourcing details, and helping agents adjust follow-up strategies to improve engagement over time. If you’d like to discuss your account in more detail, our team is available to do so.

What a scam

What a scam. Suddenly im getting a ton of emails from Realtors that they received my request from sold.com regarding me wanting to sell my house. First off I was a realtor for 32 years so why would I need help selling my house. 2nd I've NEVER EVER been on this supposed website and 3rdly im not interested in selling my home. This seems to be a scam and after reading the reviews about how bad this company is, im going to file charges with the BBB and whom ever else I can for illegally selling my private information.

Hi Jennifer - We’re truly sorry for the frustration this experience caused you — that’s never the outcome we want for anyone.

To provide some clarity, SOLD.com works with homeowners who explicitly submit their information through our website or through ads we run across social media and other online platforms. These ads clearly state the purpose (such as requesting a home value, exploring selling options, or receiving a cash offer), and consent is required before any information is submitted.

It’s also important to note that being a Realtor does not exclude someone from using SOLD.com. In fact, many real estate professionals come to us because they are exploring cash offers for their own homes or on behalf of clients. For that reason alone, Realtor status would not prevent outreach.

That said, we completely understand how unsettling it can feel to receive communications you don’t recall requesting. This happens more often than people realize — users sometimes forget submitting a form or clicking an ad, and you are certainly not alone if that’s the case.

Another possibility is that someone entered your information on your behalf without authorization. That is a direct violation of our terms. When this occurs and is brought to our attention, we immediately deactivate the account and permanently delete the contact information. This review is the first time we’re hearing of this issue related to your information — had we been contacted earlier, we would have taken care of this right away.

While this review doesn’t include your full contact details, we want to resolve this properly. If you email contact@sold.com, we will:
• Deactivate the account immediately
• Delete your information from our system
• Provide full transparency, including:
• The exact ad or form submission
• Timestamp of submission
• IP address used
• The consent language that was accepted

We take data privacy extremely seriously and are happy to walk through everything with you directly. Please reach out so we can resolve this promptly and transparently.

I am a Realtor that has nover used…

I am a Realtor that has nover used Sold.com and recently sold a home that they must have sent out as a referral to agents (I did not receive one) I did receive a referral for the property from an agent that called me to assist her Mother. After closing I received an invoice from Sold.com (out of the blue) demanding payment and now has sent to collections. They have my borker as a broker I worked for 6 years ago and no documentation stating we are under agreement. THIS IS A SCAM!!! I have continually sent docmentation support my side of the the issue, now they would like $349.00 to "Settle" the case. I have never worked with them BEWARE AGENTS!!!!

Hi Carol, thank you for sharing your feedback.

While rare, situations like this can occur when one of our referrals is passed internally to another agent in the same office which appears to be what happened in your case.

All that’s required to resolve these matters is simple proof that the client was obtained through your own efforts rather than from our referral. Once that documentation is received, we immediately close the case. In fact, our records show that on 10/10/25 we received your supporting proof and have already resolved this with the collections company, no further action or payment is being pursued.

We only escalates an account to collections when repeated attempts to reach the agent go unanswered. So we had to do that in this case to ultimately get the proof we needed. Unfortunately, we must take protective measures in certain cases because we have encountered instances where agents closed referrals from us without honoring the agreed referral fee. When agents respond and provide clarification, as you did, the matter is promptly cleared.

We appreciate you taking the time to resolve this with us and regret any frustration caused by the process.

Was constantly reminded on how much…

Was constantly reminded on how much money I was making on my house which is not something that should be discussed because you dont know how much i have to put out and my realtor should be trying to make me as much money as he can not the other way around

Not getting what I was told

I was told 20% of the leads I get would be live transers. I have received 40 leads and not one of them was a live transfer and out of the 10 that I actually was able to contact they said they never asked for anyone to contact them. The person that signed me up was super nice until I asked her about the quality of the leads I was getting. They said that they call all the leads to try to get them HOT and then transfer them, but I received a couple leads with wrong phone numbers, so that proves right there that they are not trying to call the leads. This has been a waste of my money.
