Fast service and quality leads.
Do not buy their zip code exclusive service
Avoid purchasing their service. I was misled by their promises of high-quality leads, but instead received outdated and irrelevant ones. They sent me leads from homeowners who had no connection to the company and weren't even aware of it. I paid $4,800 for three zip codes over a six-month period—an absolute waste of money. Don’t be fooled by their deceptive claims.

Excellent team
Excellent team, but disappointed with the bottom line at closing. Should have been more, but if I had negotiated a 50-50 agreement with the buyer for the newly-installed roof, the sale may not have gone through. Overall ok, but gouged on the bottom line due to state and local fees, which are exorbitant, and a very good reason not to buy property in Washington state!

Everyone thinks I am a buyer
Everyone thinks I am a buyer. Not an agent. Most feel misled. This transaction was the only one thus far that didn’t care that I wasn’t a buyer and I almost didn’t make enough on it to be worth my while. 35% is incredibly steep especially on these low price points.
