EXTREMELY slow and poor customer service as its all done by email. No phone number to call. Found myself in a situation where almost £900 of my money has gone missing, almost 4 days later I've only received 1 email from soldo asking for proof of the payment and no where near understanding where my money is or if I'll even get it back. Am using the Family Debit Card and so far it has worked but not the way Soldo advertised. Am a little bit nervous about this crowd and will only lodge small amounts to the account. I joined because their advertising stated my account could be funded immediately from my bank debit card. After trying this and failing I emailed them and received the reply "we don't fund accounts by way of debit card - sorry if you misunderstood". During weekends and bank holidays bank transfers don't go through until the next working day.
