Wrong Item delivered
Hi. I just recently opened up my delivery, (it was ordered late last year but due to this virus and lack of being able to travel around the UK, its only now ive managed to open the delivery.)
And im disappointed to say that one of the items in the order is in fact incorrect. Ive emaied Solendro
(mary at solendro dot co dot uk), sent pictures in of the wrong item and asked what do I do next and how do I get the right delivery, since the item I ordered was about £36, so hardly chicken feed?
Finally, I have to say I have used Solendro 2 or 3 times before and have never had a problem with any items or deliveries. So maybe its just a one off. Heres hoping someone gets back to me.

Won't use again
Was a first time customer for this store buying over £60 worth of underwear for my husband.
The goods came fairly promptly, but the boxes they came in were very bashed , and none of the underwear was in the colours I ordered . I contacted their customer services and all they could do is send me a return label as a PDF file for me to print out (I haven't got a printer) package it up and drive 5 miles to the post office to send it back.
It would have been easier to go to the local shops .
I WONT USE AGAIN.
