The lady at soleycustoms did an absolute great job with my air max 96 II, I needed the white midsoles repaired as they were peeling away, so this required a repaint job and then I asked for a full clean, to which the lady stated a week before they are ready and true to her word I picked them up the very next weekend 😀 with the happiest smile as they looked just as when I bought them apart from a mark tha I made, they just like brand new I wish I could put a before and after picture because work was of top quality. I only needed to contact her once in regards if they were ready to picked up and she promptly replied with a yes, so communication is good. I fully recommend this business for repairs and cleans and they also have a wide range selection of sneakers in store too. Yes I will be returning to support this lady and her business. Thank use much.

Dropped my trainers in to be refurbished asked if they were able to be saved. I was informed yes they could get them back looking good and could turn them around within the week, I was informed I needed to pay upfront. three months later after countless texts and phone calls I finally received them and put them straight in the bin after wasting money. Not the best for communication or quality

Great service by Soley customs! Have had a couple of pairs i've sent to Sarah, one for a clean which came back looking brand new and also had a pair customised that turned out better than i expected! All of Soley customs work is to the highest of quality and will always use them again.

I took 2 pairs of trainers to be custom for birthday presents and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.

The amount of time and care that went into them was 100% worth the money, would recommend to anyone.

6 pairs in around 18 months... why didnt i know Soley sooner.

Sarah and Simon are great always professional we committed to the projects i bring in and put forward and thier knowledge is second to none. Its to the point ill ask them if a damaged pair is salvageable before i buy them if used whats great in my situation of being a collector.

Wouldnt take my work anywhere else now.

Sent some pairs to Sarah to carry out some restore/custom work and the results were better then I could of ever expected.

Top craftsmanship and great communication in keeping me updated with what was happening means there’s no one else I would trust in doing future work and at more then a fair prices means I’ll definitely be sending more pairs her way.

Sarah is absolutely amazing at what she does. She has knowledge, skill and so much passion! It's also a pleasure to deal with her, she's open to all suggestions & so friendly every time. Very reasonably priced too! I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Sent a couple of pairs of that were in need of sprucing up to bring them back to their former glory, Sarah painstakingly repainted the midsoles matching them to the original colour, got rid of all the scratches and scuffs, sent pictures as she was going on so I could see the progress, and then sent them back to me in perfect condition.
Turnaround was way quicker than expected, I can now safely wear my kicks and not have to worry too much about ruining them, as I know in the worst case there's a wizard out there to fix it.
Will no doubt be using again in the future, and have recommended to all friends and family,.

Amazing restoration job on a pair of GL III Mortars that had been covered in pork fat. I'm a bit fussy about wearing trainers when they lose their sheen and Soley Customs brought this great pair back in to my regular rotation. Highly recommended.
