Everything about this experience was positive and impressive . From the first touch point until now, it’s been efficient and to a very high standard. Luke in particular project managed the process very effectively with constant updates.At one point he even suggested to not carry out the initial roof replacement, until we had replaced windows and units . Other companies would have simply completed the job and took our money but Luke was concerned about the long term value we got out of the roof (without replacing units).

Very efficient and pleasant team and would recommend without hesitation.

The whole team has been super coordinated, hard working to the highest standard, cheerful, professional and thorough. We now have a warm, attractive extension to our house rather than a cold conservatory and it only took a week. It has been a pleasure to have them working for us. They are master craftsmans, run an uber efficient operation and the people are just so friendly and brilliant at what they do. Luke as Project Manager is hands on and offers superb advice.
All the workman worked tirelessly hard across long hours. Special shout out to Connor, Billy, James and the rest of the installation team including Jake the electrician and Jack the plasterer. Also Andy who came to see us once we enquired and the lovely Carol who was always on board for any questions. I could not believe that our new roof and flat roof were completed in just 5 days. From the very beginning when Andy did the survey and quote, I have had nothing but a great experience from all involved. Luke, who projected managed my case, was nothing short of a delight to work with - he recognised that I had NO knowledge about this sort of activity and just needed reassurance which he gave on every occasion when I just needed to understand the next step. I am delighted with the outcome and already love my new room - I just didn't realise exactly how much of a difference it would make! All the people involved (who I just handed over my keys to and then I disappeared to my work place away from home and left them to it) were just so nice and helpful (not to mention very tidy).

Luke also sorted out some additional work to be done (as I had trades people on site it made sense) so I also have new lights and plastering in my kitchen and hall ceilings which I'd been wanting done, plus some additional electrics which needed doing. This was a great help and took away all that worry of finding "someone" to do the jobs that was also reliable and trustworthy.

I can recommend this company 100% without any hesitation.

I have just had Solicon re roof my conservatory. What an amazing company. Every stage of the build was carefully explained and every member of the team was a pleasure to deal with. From the initial quote to the carpenters, the electricians and the plasterers it was a totally professional job and I am delighted with the end result. The workmanship was superb and all the guys were fantastic - the roofers, the electrician and the plasterer, Andy and Luke. It was completed in record time and at a very fair price. We chose SOLICON from the strength of their reviews on Trustpilot. Having looked at several other companies there was no comparison. From the initial visit from Andy and then Luke we were provided with a very structured insight as to what would happen and when. All arrangements throughout were coordinated by Luke. We did not have to do anything. From the very first morning at 07:30am when Connor and Sam arrived to start work and supervise the arrival of the skip and materials you sensed that they were a professional team. At the end of the first day when they left at 7pm the old conservatory roof was off and the new timbers were in place and watertight. Day 2 included Jack and the roof tiles were on, and the insulation in place. Day 3 Jim joined the group for plaster-boarding the interior. Day 4 it was Don the electrician to fit ceiling spot lights and Day 5 Jack #2 the plasterer came and skimmed. Every step of the way things went to plan. Not only were they highly skilled and professional workers but were a great bunch to have around. So much so that my wife asked for a team photo..!! From start to finish, all was completed and tidied up within a week. Amazing. Thank you SOLICON. We tend to expect these days for something always to go wrong. Not with SOLICON. Magic from start to finish. A beautiful job and very well done. Thank you.

We were kept informed at all stages of the construction eg delivery of materials and when the installers were going to arrive and this continued when the guys were on site.Very pleasant,professional and tidy.Work carried out between Monday 29/7/24 & Monday 5/8/24.

From the first estimate and survey through to the build and picking up one minor snag Solicon were excellent. The team could not have been better to deal with - and the build team were hard working and excellent. As a result, a tired and worn conservatory has been turned into a sleek and well insulated garden room for a very competitive price. I recommend without hesitation.

Great service very professional from start to finish of the project. Was very nervous and wary of undertaking this change to our conservatory but can honestly say I think it’s the best decision we made and will now truly be able to utilise the area throughout the whole year which we have been unable to do up to now. Everyone was very helpful and questions were clearly answered. Luke and Sam in particular worked exrememly hard to complete a lot of work in a relatively short space of time while still taking great care to achieve a first class result. Our conservatory has been transformed into a usable room.
