Excellent Service
Today was my second time ordering a replacement key and Megan was so helpful and patient when I was having issues ordering on line. I have arranged for a next day courier delivery because it's urgent, and we are having issues with our mail, but my previous order last year was sent by mail and it got here the next day. Lovely company and highly recommended for good prices, efficient ordering, fast delivery and cheerful, knowledgeable staff.

I bought a backset ( part of a lock for my bathroom window) some days ago. The screws from the old lock would not fit the new one. I called the company and spoke to John who was very polite and gracious. In fact he sent me another one for free the very next day. I was quite pleasantly surprised that in these days of online business , I did not have to speak to an automated voice , then send an email request , wait another 5 working days for ........?

Keys cut and promptly delivered.
Contacted very quickly regarding a password they require to cut door keys. Keys then cut and delivered by Royal Mail promptly and tracking supplied. Can’t fault this company 👏
