Great Customer Service

There was a slight hiccup that delayed my order. As soon as I messaged the company, I received a response, an explanation and an apology. Tara, sorted my delivery which arrived the next day and even added another bottle of perfume as a goodwill gesture plus a refund of postage. She went above and beyond even though it was outside business hours. Highly recommend this company.
