They were unhelpful and unresponsive.
The services offered were also inadequate, a company in seattle was refusing to pay my balance of 12k usd, i wanted my money so bad, I turned in over 8000 dollar's to their company, and they didnt respond anymore, my cousin told me about siwconsult, who didn’t just assure me but tracked down the seattle company & redeemed me that day

I invested $20,000 and then started speaking to the investment broker who sounded very convincing and my investment grew to $150,000 in a week. I then was asked to invest another $20,000 to make it grow quicker. After having a heated discussion saying I did not have the funds, I then said I would just leave the funds to grow slowly, I then left the money for a week and emailed them to ask how to withdrawn all my funds. I then got a call from Timothy who told me I had to pay $25000 tax to withdraw my funds that had now grown to $25000 in a few days. They even send a certificate from UBS stating this. This is when I decided to contact the FCA and ask them for advice. Luckily, i got linked to F𝑜r𝗻𝚊𝐱F𝑜r𝐞𝚗ѕ𝖎𝘤ѕ.𝘤𝑜𝕞 and he handled my dispute resolution well. This company does not have the backing from FCA so it was easy to get the money from them. I got back my original investment while forfeiting their bonuses.

I was so naive and did not realize that I was being scammed by my broker for a prolonged period of time. I continued to invest, only to lose more than $50k to this fraudulent broker. I was under the impression that my lack of trading skill was the cause of my losses until I opened a new account on the same platform and noticed that the chart displayed the opposite of what I was seeing before. It was clear that I couldn't make a profit if the chart was being manipulated in such a manner.
I took photos of the discrepancy as evidence and reached out to 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙭𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙨.𝙘𝙤𝙢 for assistance with a dispute resolution. No matter how much I adjusted my stop loss, it would always trigger. Fortunately, my efforts were successful in retrieving my funds from the fraudulent broker.

My Husband invested money with this company in May ‘23 after lack of contact we felt we had been subject of a scam. After a few contacts with the fraud department of our bank & with this company we were informed that OUR money had been repaid to our bank. We are still waiting!! We are unable to contact the company despite phone calls and emails.

Charming when you invest, total shutdown when you see there are serious issues. Utterly delightful interchange with their Agent until I discovered I could not withdraw any of my funds. Furthermore, I have now discovered I am unable to open their website so any chance of withdrawing any of my funds is now impossible. My advice: avoid at all costs!

I have never been cheated as with Solari io. All the support and the good language are just scams. Do not trust those good fake reviews; they are there to thief your savings. Giving a fake site showing money grows at 200% rate. Avoid Avoid Avoid

This so called firm is black listed by the FCA. You should avoid dealing with and beware of potential loss.

Scam central,avoid at all cost,promise to give me nearly 10k after a £250 investment in May, some alleged return for a measly amount, wanted £1990 to free the money into a crypto wallet

I've been using their services for a while and I have to admit they're pretty good. The interface is pleasant although I wouldn't say it's extraordinary. What really stands out is the extensive selection of assets and trading options which definitely deserves a high rating. The withdrawals were speedy. As for their tech support I haven't had any direct experience so I can't provide feedback on that front.

this platform has been an absolute gem in my trading journey. the range of cryptos and forex pairs they offer is impressive, and the trading tools and charts are top-notch. five stars without a doubt.

The only bummer is that there are quite a few missed opportunities to kick off trades, especially with put options, 'cause there's a bit of a lag in getting those alerts on time. Would you believe it, my overall experience is still top-notch, going above and beyond by a whopping 100%..... I've got proof with two withdrawals from this and last month. Can provide it anytime.

100 percent scam. They convince you to buy into trading season take your money and show you a fake platform while running a different one in the back end. Invest if you want to lose your money.

I put in the basic £250 and it almost doubled in a month. I left it as it was but was asked to add more money as I wouldn’t make any profit. I didn’t put any money in and my account has been emptied by them and I can’t get hold of my account manager. Funny that. Please don’t put any money into these people as it’s a definite scam

I started with a $250USD investment and started off slowly making small profits. My broker advised me to put more into the account to allow me to have a greater margin on my trades to increase my profits. Everything was going well and I was slowly learning about the market. The account was making $1000USD profit a week. I had a few trades open in the negative holding on to them waiting for a turn around. My broker, Mark placed 2 forex trades on the account that started to spiral out of control thousands of dollars into the negative. As I was just a beginner I asked him about them and he just advised me to leave them as him said they'd be ok. The account was at $11000USD profit and then another forex trade was placed by Mark which sent it into a very negative space. He then had the nerve to ask for more money to fix the account. I refused as it was his trades that had caused the problem. Within 4 days of that the account had stopped out. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I signed up in March. I had an assigned Manager. We became friends/close. He took all of my money, my life savings and then threatened me with a lawsuit. Promised alot of things. None of which turned out to be true. Left me with nothing.

I can confidently state that this platform is exceptionally professional and incredibly practical .

Your customer support team has shown some intolerance and a few members are quite challenging to comprehend...... I've moved many of my accounts elsewhere leaving only a small balance... However, in a recent conversation with one of your staff members I was pleasantly surprised by their helpful and courteous attitude. This noticeable improvement prompted me to consider transferring back a substantial amount.
Sadly I've experienced a loss of several hundred due to the impatience of some of your staff. I often felt that these individuals who seem to be tech-savvy struggle to be patient with those less experienced.
So why am I sharing this feedback now?
Well... the recent interaction with your staff member genuinely left a positive impression on me. While I'm not a professional I found that not all your employees acted professionally.... Their role should have been to support me as a client, helping me thrive with your platform... It's perplexing how employees who don't treat customers with respect can't understand why client would leave. There's a lot I like about your platform, but I'm hopeful that there have been genuine changes. I'll be closely monitoring this.

p/s: I've pre-emptively given 5 stars for the platform's quality. I genuinely hope there's room for improvement in your service

Please do not invest, they “only risk a small amount a day” then preasure you to invest more-i refused. Then everything was gone in one day.. rude preasuring salesman in Switzerland, so they are not regulated. Please avoid…. Dont be fooled by the fancey website…
