We’re very sorry to hear that the removal process took so long and still left some product behind. That certainly isn’t the result we would expect when Offly Fast is used with a compatible soak-off system.
Could you please contact us at info@solosalonsupplies.ie and let us know which brand and type of polish or gel you were removing, along with the method you used? Some builder gels, hard gels and non-soak-off products cannot be fully removed using Offly Fast, whereas CND Shellac and other compatible soak-off coatings should remove considerably more easily.
Once we have those details, we’ll be happy to look into it and advise you properly.
