Absolutely delighted with Solo Timber Frame and their services. They started us on our new build journey three years ago, assisting us with drawings for our planning permission and helping two people with no building experience navigate the difficulties of a self-managed build. Cannot recommend them enough - we went from slab level to our frame being completed in just six days! They have surpassed our expectations in every way.

A seamless experience. I'd spent a good deal of time researching timber frame specialists and found Solo to be responsive from the outset. Appropriately priced, and also understanding that as a domestic developer I don't do this everyday. As we progressed from concept through to design (I changed this several times during the process), then planning and the big day (installing), Nicola who was always in the background made sure that all the pieces glued together, on time and to specification. I've done a number of developments before, but this was my first timber frame. 2 floors, 2500 ft2, connecting onto two different sections of the existing dwelling - 4 days later it was in place! Building control passed it without any recommendations.
So from start to finish a very good job.

We had a timberframe extension installed by Solo. We were delighted with the service we received both in the planning and onsite. The team who installed the frame were exceptionally hardworking & courteous . I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Solo designed and built my house back in 2008. It was a self build project and i completed most of the follow on trades so ive only just finished it.

Just want to say that they were great, very friendly and very good value.
