I bought a pair of bath shorts as a present and they were really cool, but not exactly as on the pictures. I got in touch with the costumer care and they were quick on answering and offering me a good deal instead.
Super service minded, quick and very fair!
And the product itself is high quality material - I can´t wait to recieve my new order with more items :-)

I read all the return conditions carefully before ordering, and the website clearly stated that returns are possible within 30 days. Based on that, I placed my order.

When the bikini arrived, it was completely see-through. There’s no way anyone could wear this comfortably. I didn’t want it, so I contacted customer service asking to return it. Instead of giving me a return address, they offered me a discount. But even with a discount, the bikini was unusable due to how sheer it was, so I declined.

Since then, I have contacted them multiple times requesting the return address – and received no response at all.

Besides misleading product photos and questionable marketing, the customer service is on an even lower level. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t buy from this company!

Brilliant brilliant after sales service!! Wouldn’t hesitate to order again. This company deserves a medal.

I have purchased a number of there items and found them all excellent. My last purchase a costume was too big on me and the customer service was fabulous speedy reliable and a welcoming outcome of sending me another item the next size down and not having to return the item that wa stood big, a welcoming service and love thier products.

I received my order, everything is great. The store has a great offer right now: 3 for the price of 2 swimsuits. I ordered everything in black so that I could combine the bottom and top in different ways. The quality is as in the photo and video of the store. The prices are great, especially considering the discounts. I had doubts about the seller because the store is new, but everything went well. At first, the number was not tracked, but everything came in a complete set, and the seller put silicone breast stickers in case someone would feel uncomfortable. When I wrote to the seller by email, I quickly received a response from them. I recommend.
P.s. I placed the order on June 6, and received the goods in Lithuania on June 19.

This brand was unfamiliar to me, so I ordered 4 swimsuits in different sizes and colors to see how they fit. The swimwear turned out to be far too transparent and inappropriate for the country I live in—though that may be a matter of personal taste.

Before ordering, I specifically double-checked the return policy to ensure that returns and refunds were possible. What the company failed to mention is that, despite presenting themselves as a European brand, all returns must be shipped to the US. Fine—I was still willing to proceed.

But after I rejected their offer for a free exchange and insisted on a full return and refund, they went completely silent. It's been a week, and I still haven’t received the return address. They are ignoring my emails and Instagram messages.

This is extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I’m very disappointed that companies like this are still getting away with such misleading practices.

I have a great change to try 3 models of this brand as I took an offer to buy 2 and get 3rd model in addition.
Nice material, availability in favorite classical colors , rose and black my favorites ones.
Also I choose model one-piece swimsuit, that looks very elegant.
Every model has some particular actual detail

To mention also nice friendly client service,Julie 😊 that replaced my order for the other, more small size with all explanations and advices.

Can recommend from my heart this team and product for high quality in every step of their work from design to quality and high service 👌💯
