Fantastic company, superior product, amazing customer service
Bought a solus fire pit. It is sleek and sexy and so well made. It wasn't even that hard to get into place despite it weighing 250 pounds! Working with their sales and customer service was a dream. I only wish it came with more fire stones...there weren't enough to sufficiently cover in my opinion so we had to order another bag which was not cheap.

What is it about the Canadians, so friendly and relaxed, but able to deliver on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
I have ordered fire bowls for clients on two projects. The web site is great because I am able to show clients photos and spec sheets at meetings.
Staff is friendly and easy to talk to, but take care of business as well.
I am very happy with quality and service.

Great looking product.
I could not find installation instructions on your website.
I was originally told 4-5 weeks delivery. Then I was told 7-8 weeks. I think it took 7 weeks, which worked out OK in the end. The warehouse guy I dealt with was excellent.

Fantastic customer service!!!!
Through the whole process of picking out planters, ordering them and having them shipped, we had the best customer service we've experienced in a long time. Very helpful and attentive. The planters were of good quality and we are very pleased with the lasting looks.

Fire in my backyard!!!
I love my Solus fire bowl. It is very contemporary looking and a very high quality make. It's easy to use and as far as I'm concerned requires no maintenance. The Cover for the bowl has lasted many winters and will certainly endure many more. It has a beautiful flame output, however I wish it had a little more.
I would definitely recommend Solus as an addition to anybodies backyard.
