Passed the challenge and was never payed out. Biggest prop firm scam around and the gpt just spits out same output I would find on google gemini. Trade Algo definitely worth the extra money

I have yet to receive a trading account as agreed.
The customer service has been near impossible to get ahold of.

Almost a month later the account still has not been set up and the tech support for the account is nearly impossible to get a hold of.

I realized that this service was not anything I could use. I immediately canceled, and reached out to my credit card company for a dispute. Now I am billed again. Not able to stop the billing. Difficult to reach out and connect with the company. I am not able to logon to the the companies website.

3. We take pride in our customer support, responding to all inquiries within 24 hours—often within the first hour. Unfortunately, our system shows no record of you reaching out to us for assistance. If you had contacted us, your cancellation would have been processed immediately without any hassle.
