If your bank was unable to assist, it is unfortunate, but it does not reflect on our policies or practices.
2. It’s important to note that you purchased Solvent GPT, which is unrelated to our prop trading firm. You’ve mistakenly left your review on the wrong page, which creates an inaccurate portrayal of our services for others.
3. We take pride in our customer support, responding to all inquiries within 24 hours—often within the first hour. Unfortunately, our system shows no record of you reaching out to us for assistance. If you had contacted us, your cancellation would have been processed immediately without any hassle.
