DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Terrible quality, v slow delivery, returns policy alleges you have to send back to Australia at your own expense, shocking customer service. I thankfully got a chargeback refund from my credit card but took 6 months.

Order a coat from this site before Christmas and still have not received it I contacted them and received one email back to say my item will be shipped soon I have since emailed but no response.
This company is a complete SCAM.

Don’t waste your time or money. Bought a pair of boots that are so poorly made. Requested a returns address, fobbed me off with keeping the boots as they stated they are based in Australia! I negotiated a 40% refund for all the hassle caused. Refund never issued, last two emails now ignored. They are telling me that the bank is refusing to give me a refund. It’s all merchandise from China and hopefully their business won’t last long.

Beware! Do not order. Order coming from China. Mine has not been delivered. Courier website kept saying that is in transit for weeks. No updates, no progress. Offered 15% refund... not helful at all...

Purchased a coat which is poor quality and the sleeves are too short. I’ve been emailing them for 2 months now and they responded saying I ordered a picture, then that they had located my order and it will be delivered in next 7 days. Not even worth 1 star. Stay clear of this company

further to my previous comments, I would add that I have given up my attempts to obtain a refund and persuade this company to adhere to UK trading Laws. I will put it down to experience. I would warn anyone not to trade with this company. I think all the comments from other buyers experiences says it all !!!!! BUYER BEWARE avoid Solvivia at all costs they are RUBBISH

Terrible!!!!!!! Frauds!!! Bad service and won’t let me return unworn coat I don’t like!!!!!

Coat I ordered for my daughter which was £55 looks nothing like the picture so cheap looking and awful material!
Have emailed countless times and haven’t heard a single thing back from them so frustrating please avoid at all cost!!!

Ordered a replica suede affect brown coat - photos look amazing, looks like real suede.
What I received was a cheap soft brown material that doesn’t look at all like suede. It’s cheap and nasty.

Contacted the company, they asked why we wanted to return, we told them the item didn’t match the pictures.
They said we need to return the item to AUSTRALIA and we have to pay the postage???
I read their returns policy which stated:

I believe the wrong item was sent because the coat looks nothing like the pictures!!!!!
So when we queried the return cost they just stopped replying.
We are still emailing them daily but being completely ignored!

DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY!!

My partner ordered a coat and it’s very poor quality and nothing like the item listed on the website.
We have requested a refund / return and they are stating that we need to cover the cost to return the item to Australia??
They clearly do not understand uk consumer law.

Anyone who has been scammed by this company recently should contact their bank or payment provider and open a dispute as soon as possible. Gather all evidence including the product photos from the listing and what you actually received, tracking details from the courier and any attempts you made to contact the Solvivia team for a refund with no response.

If all of us take these steps, this scammer can be held accountable.

Do not buy from this scamming company, I didn't see reviews before I bought a dress, took while to arrive, disgusting, not the dress i ordered, awful material, not same colour, looks like a 5yr old made it, and although states a returns policy they cover themselves by saying no returns for sale products and that's what this so called company does, sells sale products which are all fake photos because their products do not resemble what you receive

Absolutely shockingly bad returns process. I was sent a marked dress that had been clearly identified previously as there was a marker sticker right next to the mark. The dress also looked nothing like the picture very poor quality. I've been through their returns process twice and still haven't received a return label well over a month later. No one is responding to my emails. Do not buy from this company.

Bought what i thought was a Cashmere grey sweater as per advert.
The jumper actually comes with a sewn in shirt collar, cuffs & end of a shirt.
The jumper is NOT Cashmere, cheap 95% Polyester & 5% Elastaine. Waste of money

Such bad quality clothing almost laughable. Flimsy and embarrassing to wear!

Will not refund as item was on sale… when everything is on sale all of the time… SCAMMERS

Do not buy from this company - my item is faulty and they will not refund my item or even has the decency to respond to my email… the company is a total scam and there items are cheap and nasty!

The items aren’t as advertised! Avoid at all cost! They take a photo of a different item and send you something else, not to mention it takes a month to even arrive!! Complete SCAM!!

No one should buy from Solvivia, it is the worst company so far.I order clothes from them since October,it took 21 days to get my orders which I wanted to use for my graduation ceremony.When the order finally arrived, it was not fitting.Send them a mail,took them ages to respond.I was given a form to fill for a refund of £58 which I did many times and they went mute since then, no response and no refunds.They are Scammers.So beware don’t fall into their trap.

it is not possible to give minus stars for this rip-off company who has yet to give my refund from 28/10/2025 after filling out endless forms and endless photos they have just gone silent they are ghosting me this is so frustrating paid almost £60 for a head ache their dresses are out of the dustbin straight to your door!!

DO NOT BUY horrible clothes smell of fish wrong sizing no updates save yourself the burden and order somewhere else
