One month since installation the panels…
One month since installation the panels are still not connected, our house is still surrounded by scaffolding, the installers (who Soly subcontract to) appear to have disappeared. Several roof tiles are broken due to scaffolders. Fantastic when selling you the panels but once signed up terrible service.

Great communication until the offer is signed
UPDATE: After submitting the initial review, someone from Soly reached out to anwer all my questions and moved the process forward. The system will be installed by April 2024 (personal choice) so I'll update this review once the system is installed and running.
Communication was great until I signed the offer. Then the salesperson stoped replying to my emails and it's been 3 weeks without answering so I have no idea about the next steps in the process and details about the installation. This definitely doesn't inspire trust. Now I'm just crossing my fingers that the installation take place. I'll add another review if / after installation happens.
