Very efficient
Very efficient, quick simulation and quick quotation. Video conferencing did not have audio, so the less rating but the process they derived with online tools is otherwise great.

After more than 1,5month since final…
After more than 1,5month since final installation still no electrical inspection done on my solar panels. That came after 1 year(!) of delay on the first installation date. The installation was then done incorrect (incorrect electrical wiring). The problem was however fixed 2 weeks later.

Zoals u benoemt, is uw installatie inmiddels succesvol opgeleverd. Er is tevens een datum gepland voor het keuren van de installatie. Tot slot hebben we aanvullende afspraken met u gemaakt.
Na de keuring nemen we opnieuw contact met u op.

Seems unreliable company. Appointments for video calls cancelled last minute. Never received an offer for my solar panel installation. Overall negative experience

I had my solarpannels installed…
I had my solarpannels installed yesterday and I got my invoice today with a payment date in 3 days so Easter Monday. In my offer there was a battery but it has not been installed as Soly doesn't have batteries for the moment. Nobody had ever bothered to inform me about this fact before the installation as I would have refused. Also my panels are of a different brand and of different parameters. The inverter is of the right brand but half cheaper. Completely different model. There is nothing the same as in my offer. Except from the price and the company name. Not happy with Soly Belgium at all.
