great service especially considering that i am not Italian and don't speak the language well, the SOLY team went above and beyond to make sure all was clear and understood. Also, we had a rather complicated set up for the system which required a non standard approach. The SOLY team and their installation partner responded well to this challenge. I highly recommend working with them and would do so again if I would have to
