Amazing customer service
Ordered a ice bath but then realised my partner had also ordered one. Louis was amazing and even though he couldn’t stop the parcel as it was already with evri it was a breeze returning it. Ice bath also came really quickly. Amazing customer service

A professionally designed and intuitive website, and the product matches the gravitas of its online presentation. Sleek, stylish and effective. It's the iPhone of icebaths. It's real advantage is its simplicity but effectiveness. The material is more durable than any other icebath I've used before (and I've gone through a lot of them) most don't last, but they didn't skimp on the material here. Looking foward to the next release from this company. 5 stars.
