BTW we are working on making sure that customers are protected against not being able to pay because of sickness or job loss. We believe that by doing so, we can make spread payment more customer friendly and help our customers even more.
Without exaggeration, the worst customer experience of my life
Bought a laptop last year which broke down after two months. Sent the laptop back to the company for repair under the warranty. Then, the company they used for repairs went bankrupt, which started many months of me, as customer, being forced to contact several different companies to get laptop back. It has been five months now and I still have not received a refund or my laptop back. I have had to buy a new laptop and missed several months of my freelance income because I kept being told I would get my laptop back soon, which never happened. The company keeps making promises and lying to me while not taking any real action. I feel absolutely robbed.
I have found that if anything goes wrong with your order, you cannot rely on this company. They will take your money and apologise for what is going wrong, but not actually do anything.
Save yourself the very likely possibility of a terribly traumatic and energy-consuming customer experience and buy your electronics elsewhere.
I never write bad reviews about companies but I want to warn people because this has been the worst customer experience of my life and I feel robbed. 1300 euro laptop which has been missing for five months without any sort of compensation. Do not buy from this company please. I hope no one else will have to go through the experience this company has made me go through.

Mack Meels, we understand your frustration. We currently have a pending werkspot task in Groningen to retrieve the product that was wrongly shipped by the BCC and GLS.
To clarify for all readers. This customer bought a product from the then operating seller BCC. The product was under warranty and repair at a BCC center. The curator of the BCC had the product shipped to the address from which the customer had ordered.
The customer does not live on this address anymore as he emigrated abroad. Customer requested the product to be shipped to a different address in NL, complicating it a bit as we had to retrieve the product for the customer from the BCC which went bankrupt. Which we requested the curator of the BCC to do. They provided the new address to GLS. GLS sadly delivered the product to original product, after raising the issue with GLS. They promised to pick the parcel up at the address and reship it to the changed address.
GLS sadly did not pick up the parcel and we were unable to reach GLS. We put a pickup job out on the Dutch site werkspot to arrange for someone to pick the parcel up. This werkspot task is still pending.
We understand this customers frustration and are working towards a solution.
Even we have never seen a bankruptcy as big as the one of the BCC. We have spend and are still spending massive resources to pick up strings that the BCC dropped.
They are a big scammer

It was actually really great
It was actually really great. Our fridge arrived 4 days after we ordered. And we choose the split payment option so now its just a matter of paying it off. The fridge works really well and the contact with costumer service was very good.

If i could put -5 I would. The worst service and company I have ever encountered.
I’ve placed an order 2 months ago and then cancelled it the next day - was told it was not possible because it is already shipping.
As a result - they shipped it to my address but under the wrong name (completely random name), the tracking was shared a week later while the package was just waiting at PostNL, so the package was already being prepared to be sent pack by PostNL. Then the package was lost by PostNL or so Somas says.
I have been in contact with them over WhatsApp, calls and emails ever since - the package was sent to the wrong person, it was never picked up, lost at PostNL - and I cant claim an investigation because it was shipped by Somas to the wrong person. I still didn’t get refund, only words like ‘we will contact you’.
I already reported the company as fraud, will go to police and will look for legal actions I can take.
