Incompetent Service
There is no description stating you have to wait for your template once you've purchased this. When sending enquiries we are asked to refrain from sending anymore advising us that we will receive the template in 15 minutes. I have been waiting well over an hour and still not have received anything. Unlikely to use them again.

Sorry for making you wait. Normally you should've received the download link immediately after purchase. (with immediately I mean like under 30 seconds)
But you are right. Sometimes, emails are either don't get delivered right away due to an issue or fall into spam folder. We do our best to prevent these issues but in any case we are always at your disposal.
When this happens, our customers can just reach out to us and we can send their files manually. (not ideal I know, but at least it is good to know that we are here :)

Rubbish customer service
Terrible sales process. I am a returning client of theirs after buying their Someka trading journal spreadsheet. I went to the website, talked to the chat rep for quite a while as they didn't understand my requirements. Then, I was made me fill out a job description. A rep reaches out and asks me I have to pay $25 to check if I was a "serious customer" despite having paid $300 for their product already! I get annoyed (rightly so) and get passed to the founder Shane. Shane explains it's refundable so I agree to it and then he says he can't help me. Wasted significant time from my life unecessarily. I've never experienced such horrible, nonchalant customer service

The templates are very advanced, all the data and reports are automated, it eased my work and saved my time. Plus the templates are very professional and the support from the company is always on time. If i had an issue, they answered immediately and resolved it. I highly recommend them.

PO generator template is awesome!
I had been casually looking into creating a PO generator, instead of having several hard versions for different types of purchases. I received the Someka template example(s) email, and it just so happened to have a PO generator template as the example.
Perfect timing for me, very easy to click the link, review the template, download, and then purchase the editable version!

Innovation to Implementation
Dear Madam dear Sir,
At the outset, i must compliment all the teams involved in Someka who have created a unique method to provide multiple solutions for each requirement that a common user would need.
The solutions provided by Someka are outstanding and the templates are designed with end user kept in mind.
I downloaded the Employee training tracker recently and the design is really mind boggling, but have not purchased the editable version.
I would like to say that the cost of some of the templates need to be made a little reasonable based on the complexity of the usage.
