It is a safe and highly effective procedure, preferable to irrigation due to significantly reduced risks and the ability to remove wax without pretreating with olive oil. Totally successful wax removal.
Steve was very thorough in his explanation of the process and carried it out with care and confidence. Everything happened as expected and the result was I had a successful hearing test a few days later.

Highly professional with a friendly manner
A pleasant experience: Steve was highly professional and competent and also friendly and made me feel at ease (this was my first experience of microsuction and I was a bit apprehensive)
I would definitely go back to him if I need this in the future.

I was so relieved that Becky was able to see me on the same day.
Becky took the time to explain the procedure to me, before, during and afterwards. Particularly, when she came across a ‘stubborn bit’!
