Heating restored for Christmas
Just before Christmas the heating system failed, and I was really worried we would have no heating for the holidays.
I contacted the office and Clare Manly, the office manager, answered my call.
She got an engineer out within a couple of days to check the system, which needed parts ordering. From there she was proactive in planing and communicating the best times to visit for repair work.
The engineers were very friendly and helpful and efficient, explaining what was wrong and how they were fixing it.
Result... Heating for Christmas and no need to cancel visitors. Excellent
