Can highly recommend this company

Can highly recommend this company, we had a survey carried out in Chesham, for a bungalow which we had purchased, the service we received was extremely professional and very competitive in cost.
The correspondence arrived in good time and clearly showed every aspect of the survey in great detail.
Can’t fault this company, would definitely highly recommend.

Valuation

I instructed Somerset & Sinclair for a matrimonial valuation in Twickenham and was very impressed. The team were professional, discreet, and efficient throughout. The report was clear, well-supported, and suitable for legal purposes. Communication was excellent, and everything was delivered on time. I would highly recommend their services.

I was interested in a flat in Muswell…

I was interested in a flat in Muswell Hill so asked Somerset & Sinclair to do a Level 2 survey as they came recommended from a friend who had a survey done in Crouch End. Spoke to them on Friday, Inspection was arranged for Wednesday with the report delivered the following week. Couldnt be more happier with the turn around. Brilliant

Excellent Survey and Valuation for Harrow Property
