I was so impressed with the advice provided by Bobby.

I considering removing my log burner due to environment concerns. Bobby reassured me that this was not necessary and eloquently described why.

I decided to keep my log burner which meant that Bobby lost a sale! I am certain that other companies would be keen to make sale. Bobby was different, she wanted to ensure I made the right decision for me, not her.

Finding a fireplace was not as easy as I thought. I went to several places and was not too pleased with their prices and customer service. Fitting a gas fire with a tv above seemed to be a challenge that could not be easily resolved. I was offered alternatives and designs that I did not want.

I was recommended Something different so I gave them a try. They really are something different. Steve was extremely helpful and I finally found my perfect fireplace. I then decided to double my order and fit both rooms with matching fires. Ben was also a great contact and answered all of my questions with ease. I managed to get a fireplace that not only heats my room, but also does not over heat my tv. Seems only something different could provide this design as service.

Once ordered, their fitters carried out the work perfectly and fitted my gas fires. Perfect!

Give these guys a very wide berth, I've had numerous issues with them since I first purchased a fireplace this year (2015). Ben Moore, the owner, offered to remove the fireplace and gas fire, which I accepted as the installation hadn't been completed and the gas fire wasn't satisfactory. He then did a u turn and refused to remove it, which is still going on months later. The customer service received from Ben is atrocious, he does not care about your customer needs or rights at all. As a recommendation, try The Fireplace in Ilford for great service and knowledgeable information for your needs.
