Honteux. J’ai effectué une commande en juillet dernier, pour plus de 80 euros. Le transporteur indique que ma commande n’a pas pu être livrée, la marque je m’a jamais recontacté à ce sujet. J’ai essayé de contacter plusieurs fois la marque (sur leur site dans la page d’aide, grâce à l’adresse mail sur le site internet et sur Instagram, tout cela plusieurs fois) mais sans jamais obtenir de réponse. Résultat ? Une commande perdue et 80 euros de perdus. Fuyez.
