Session timer hidden away

They technically have a session timer, but it’s buried in a sub-menu. Why not show it clearly on screen? As is, you never really notice how long you’ve been playing.

Game history unclear

Tried to check my previous bets and the history page is super basic, just numbers. No way to filter or see clearly what happened in each round.

Heavy verification for small wins

I only tried to withdraw like 70, not some huge jackpot. They still treated it like a crime investigation, asking for all documents imaginable. For that amount it’s just overkill and made me not want to play anymore.

Help pages outdated

Some FAQ answers mention payment options that don’t even exist anymore. Limits are different too. When the help section is that out of date, you start wondering what else they’re not keeping an eye on.

Odd max win limits

Only after a lucky hit did I notice there’s some max win rule attached to bonuses. Anything above a certain amount just gets removed. I mean, why even let people dream if you’re going to cap the outcome secretly?

Wagering only shows percentage

The bonus page only shows how many percent you’ve completed, not the exact amount left to wager. I’d rather see numbers than some vague bar. Makes planning impossible, which maybe is what they want.

Confusing multi-account rules

My brother and I use the same computer. They flagged my account for “duplicate household” and voided a bonus I had. I get the idea, but it wasn’t explained clearly when we signed up. Feels like a trap to cancel offers.
