Poor quality product

Poor quality product, a lot smaller than advertised and not enough "agility" in the product so once you open the bangle, it stays in that shape and does not close again. Really disappointed. £90 bracelet and unfortunately, this was a waste.

I'd just like to clarify a couple of points for anyone reading. The bracelet is handcrafted in sterling silver, which means it is designed to be gently adjustable to fit different wrist sizes. Once adjusted, it should retain its new shape rather than springing back, as repeated bending can weaken any sterling silver jewellery over time.

In terms of the gemstone size, the bracelet you received actually features larger gemstones than the one shown on our model photographs, so we're sorry if it didn't meet your expectations in person.
