We purchased a 6 seater dinning table…

We purchased a 6 seater dinning table from Flipkart (Sona arts Product) Which has n number of manufacturing defects 1. Chair is broken, 2. Table is not polished they have just spraed Varnish that too leaving big patches untouched. & there is wobling in amny chairs . They wanted to inspect the product on 14th June but missed & now they wanted to come for inspection on 20thh june & missed again. Flip Kart is not responding & Sona Arts is missing the inspection week after week. I am forced to keep the damaged product with me as i have made 100 % payments for it.
Stay away from Sona arts products as they wana cheat the customer alongwith Flipkart ( Sick Ecommerece Platform)
Adding Videos & pics of the product for confirmation of lousy manufacturing & pathetic FLipkar Service/ Sales.
