I am attending the 5 am eft session with sonal and the group she has. Its amazing. I try myself not to miss even a single day. It is giving me the feel that I am definitely doing the greatest action everyday which so many didn't have the opportunity. I am grateful to the universe for that. The way she makes the script on the spot whatever may be the topic it is just amazing. It gives all kinds of positive feel. Also I am also in her digital product coaching. She guides us well.

Sonal is an EFT coach par excellence. Loved the three day procedure, the manner it was conducted is amazing quoting examples which we can associate with the situation we are in. The technique itself was well understood and something which we can incorporate in our daily lives and use it for not only getting rid of debts but all other areas of life where we have an issue.

It was a great experience with this EFT workshop conducted by Ms. Sonsl Wadhwa .Best part was early morning session which is much needed to get energized for the whole day.
Overall sessions are for thoes who believe in themselves but got stuck somewhere due to any reason.

Writing a review for Sonal feels like a student or patient expressing gratitude to a teacher or doctor. She has been my guide, my mentor, my friend, my go-to person, my advisor, patient listener, motivator, and therapist—the list could go on endlessly.

The 5 am club she started is something our group eagerly looks forward to waking up for. People go to bed on time just to ensure they’re up for it. If she had set it for 4 am, I’m certain the group would be ready at 4.

In her sessions, it feels as if she’s addressing each person’s individual challenges, with EFT working to untangle every knot in the thread of our lives. She has ignited a fire in us to pursue our goals and, most importantly, has helped us realize just how essential our goals are.
