Delivery time was supposed to be 5 days…

Delivery time was supposed to be 5 days max, they delivered in almost 1 month. I was told they coukd gift a screen protector, that also didn’t come. And then I complained and they said we try to refund. They did not do it and said it is not possible. Very late service and they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Hence writing in here that I ordered on 16 january and delivery was made on feb 13 . A month later . Bravo. The promise on the website does not match with the reality. The customer service is kind and cool. But they can not help.
