Really welcoming to a total novice

I’ve never tried Yoga before, but wanted to alleviate some back problems. Robyn was patient and knowledgable, constantly reassuring that wherever you managed to stretch to in a position was absolutely fine. My back is now really good, I’m a little more “bendy” and my posture is better. Thanks Robyn!

Yoga for all! Robyn is great.

Robyn is a wonderful yoga teacher and has inspired me to practice yoga without striving for perfection - listening to my body and what it needs for that session. Our classes are free from judgement and are very liberating whilst pushing my body as much as I want to. I highly recommend Robyn!
