I finally purchased this after wanting to try for over a year. I purchased this for my anniversary and was extremely excited to receive. It was a total let down. I was too embarrassed to even let outsiders listen to the crap that I received. To be honest I could have gone to a studio and created my own song for cheaper. I requested RnB but it had a Spanish feel. There was truly no RnB feel to the song and I feel as though they intentionally create garbage to make you pay more. I have had to purchase another song with another artist, now costing me $300. I’m so worried that now I will be out of $300 and still dislike the song because no effort was put into the first one. I do not believe that this company truly stands behind their work. There should be some type of preview of the first 30 sec or 1 min just so that you can approve or disapprove of the vocals or music. There just should be some type of approval process to promote customer satisfaction and show that they take pride in satisfying their customers. I will never again do this again as it has been the worse experience of trying to purchase something personal and touching. It did not do it for me. I will just stick to PortraitMe. Try them if you are looking into something priceless and heartfelt! You will not be disappointed. This is my first and last time dealing with Songfinch. Total rip-off.

Had a song made for my wife with the help of Artist Shayan Regan. Shayan did great. The artist works with what you share which gives the whole experience a fun interactive experience. Thanks again Shayan!

It turned out better than I expected. It was so nice and catchy, the artist did a really good job. The song was a surprise for my partner and he loved it so much. He’s listened to it on repeat ever since I shared it with him. As soon as he woke up this morning he listened to it. I’m so impressed ! Love it!!

I would give them a 1000 stars if i could...did a song for my partner as a trial and loved it so much i got another one done for my mom and dads anniversary ❤️ ill video them but gotta wait till summer when i go home for hols but cannae wait to see their reaction..knowing my mom she wont stop crying🥰🥰🥰🥰its an amazing and original idea and thats fantastic i just love listening to it....how the artists managed to put in everything i asked for and make it work is genius....it is a bit pricey but soooooooo worth every penny🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰one thing i was sad about is that i couldnt buy a momentum as they only deliver in the us and id have loved some pressies there xxx

Received my custom song 3/15/23. Very dissatisfied. I wrote all this content and 98% was never used. I couldn’t understand what the songwriter was saying in the beginning of the song. Ending was Horrible. Sent customer service an email about re-doing it and was even going to pay for it. Never heard from them again. Horrible experience. Would never use them again

Song was perfect. No revisions. We have been listening as a family at least 20 times a day. Nick Isham is who I picked as the artist based on a song I liked of his, and so happy with the result. It sounds a like a song on the radio but personal.

Paid $225 for a song for our anniversary the singer was good but the song was terrible. Sounded like it had been written in 5 minutes. Nothing from the numerous questions they asked was included in my song. I poured my heart into what questions they asked. What WAS included was his name and a bunch of " oh, it's beautiful and oh, oh's" nothing else. It was a rubberstamped song with my husband'sname inserted. You could tell they didnt even read what i wrote.You deal with bots only. Same lame answers that are never helpful. And you have to wait up to 72 hrs for a bot response. One of the managers told me they would redo it and here is that email but my anniversary is today. I am empty handed and my special day I had planned is ruined.

I haven't heard back from anyone my anniversary is tomorrow what's up with my song?

I want to make this right for you and am willing to get your song revised with more of your submission at no additional cost. On the other hand, if you'd rather have a brand new artist compose a brand new song (at no additional cost) we can certainly go down that route instead. i had this company write a song for my husband. it was fine except for a country which was mispronounced. it is difficult to listen to and sing along with because of this HUGE mistake. I attempted to reach out to have the problem rectified but no help was provided until....my third attempt. I then received an email which stated that the song was deleted from the artist file and so nothing could be done. That was absurd as i still have a copy and would have provided it without question.

I just listened to our song, the talented Alyssa Newton sent us, in basically no time at all! I can’t wait to share this with my husband on our anniversary. She captured exactly what I would sing to my husband (if I could sing haha) and it really feels like this came from my heart. With just enough humour and special meanings that he will understand and love. I really can’t say enough about this singer/songwriter… the song is beautiful! Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou Songfinch and Alyssa! The song is catchy and I can’t get it out of my head now. I can’t wait to reveal it to my hubby for our anniversary! So excited! I ordered a song for a friend of mine, as a birthday present; i received the song already and now i really CAN'T wait for giving her this unique and very special present. I am already sure she will love the song! What a great job the team did! THANK YOU very much :-)

I thought it was a sweet attempt but the melody was poor, repetitive and monotonous and difficult to listen to. The words were straightforward and made sense. The music was very unsophisticated. I had planned to play this at our wedding as a surprise but I don’t think I’ll share this even with my partner since it isn’t great as a song.

James Diem provided us a WONDERFUL song. It was more than I could have imagined and my husband truly loved it. James incorporated everything that is truly special about our relationship and it felt like he knew us. 10/10 recommend.

I was fairly happy with the end results. Bought it as a gift for my wife on our anniversary a "one of a kind" gift. The amount of pushback I was given to get some corrections done was a bit much, so I just gave up on that as I was running out of time. Now, almost a year later. I heard what I thought was my song, but it turned out to be a recycle of the melody for someone else. I mean sure mine is still technically a one-of-a-kind, and I wondered how they pumped these out so easily in a couple of weeks or whatever it was. But now a year later, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed in discovering the same tune being used for someone else. It's no longer as special as I thought. I certainly am not going to show this other song to my wife.

Hakim did an amazing job. I heard her voice and thought she’s the one and she’s delivered! She tied the song so well I couldn’t think of it being more perfect! My husband was very emotional listening to it and this is going to be a memory to cherish forever.

William Hoffman made a wonderful song for my upcoming anniversary. I was super pleased with what he was able to create with the answers I wrote in the questionnaire. Can't wait to give it to my girlfriend this weekend!

I couldn't be more pleased with the results. What a simple process to get started. Chris Kirby created a song for my wife that she sat and sobbed while listening. I am so very grateful! BC Zachry did an incredible job for our 28 year anniversary song. I need to check if I have flood insurance from all the tears!!!!
