Horrible service. Ordered a frame, that took 7 weeks to get to me. When it finally arrived, the bottom corner was broken. I then contacted customer service, and they told me I couldnt get a new one. I asked if I could get a refund, which they said yes to, but I never got the money. Since then I have writen twice, without getting a reply.
2 months shipping, no proper help from support/customer service ofc.
Asked for refund numerous times without even a reply to that.
Arrived with a broken corner, scratches all over the incredibly cheap plastic.
Definetly not worth the price, wait, bad customer support and it had to be thrown away eventually.

"Express" shipping took more than a month. Quality is very poor. The edge of the plate is uneven and the play icon and etc. are slightly blurry. The package was very poorly wrapped. A miracle it didn't break. I expected much better quality at that price point for a plate of plastic with a basic print on it. There must be better and cheaper alternatives out there
