It was easy to join
Although joining was straightforward, finishing the setup was a bit confusing as I was waiting for finakuzation before uploading my work.
Fortunately Songtrust sent me an email advising that I needed to upload at least one work to finish onbiarding, so I did and it is now completed.

So far not the best experience. The songs should be automatically uploaded if you put in your information especially if you know the title and most all the info. Or if you have a YouTube channel which I do.
Hopeful that I will have a better experience later on but onboarding is annoying. I am a busy person not much time to play online typing a million codes in.

While we wish we could automatically pull all song details from a YouTube channel, the reason for manual entry is to ensure the highest level of accuracy for your global registrations. Music publishing requires very specific data (such as songwriter splits and IPI numbers) that YouTube or other public platforms often don't provide in a format that global collection societies will accept. By having you enter these details, we ensure your songs are registered correctly the first time, preventing any royalties your songs may generate from getting stuck.
The good news is that once you have songs registered with Songtrust, the heavy lifting of global administration is handled by us! Your registered songs are currently in the "Monitoring" status, which means that we are monitoring them for royalty activity across our network of global collection societies. We'll let you know as soon as you have publishing royalties to collect.

Easy to sign up! Worth it!
The onboarding process was pretty straightforward. I had a hard time taking a picture of my driver's license though. I think it may had been a crome browser issue. But all in all it worked well. Thank you songtrust!

The tracks that I uploaded in March 2025 are still not registered.
I paid their entry fee $100 ...
I uploaded the tracks ....
I thought I'd found a publisher ....
But as a fact - I don't have a publisher ....
My tracks are actively used on all platforms, on radio, on TV ... etc.
But my tracks are not registered during a year.
And I'm losing my publishing royalties ...
I have to look for another publisher ...
And their support does not answer ...
Very bad.
