The card says product Care Limited so I hope this is the right firm. Alastair and Kyle were great. They were really helpful and they took away the old broken washing machine and left the new one exactly where I wanted it. They were very efficient and courteous.

Daniel Manta who delivered the fridge freezer with his colleague were very helpful when delivering the fridge freezer.

Ash phoned ahead giving his ETA. Arrived on time. Friendly, courteous and helpful taking the wrapping having checked the machine for damages, dents or scratches. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you.😃

Not sure if this is the right site but it’s the only one that comes up for product care limited. The technician Ash was great. He gave me a pre call 15 minutes before he arrived which was great! He was super friendly and bubbly and removed our old machine as well as installed our new washer/dryer very efficiently! :)

What a fantastic service provided by Karl and Mark.
They rang to say they were ahead of schedule and would be here early which was much appreciated.
The plug for my replacement drier was in a difficult place to reach but with a little working out, they managed it easily.
Very polite and courteous, left my home clean and tidy and endured product was in working order. Very happy either way the service they provided. Thankyou

Liam R and Aaron T were great. They were a Very polite and helpful pair of lads. They foned me 30 mins before they arrived and they unpackaged my new washer dryer and took the packaging away for me. In all the years I have had kitchen appliances nobody has ever done that. They made my day. Thanks again lads!

Courteous, kept informed when delivery was expected

Scott and Dan delivered my washing machine this afternoon, called half an hour before they were due to arrive which was great! Quick smooth delivery and offered to unpack for me! Thank you

Fridge freezer delivered this morning by 'Big Reecy' lovely man and really helpful but how is the delivery of a fridge freezer a one man job!!! Had I not been able to help it would have been almost impossible for Reecy to get it into the kitchen. Not only is it a struggle for one man but must be a health and safety issue trying to maneuver such a large and heavy item alone.

I had my new fridge freezer delivered today and couldn’t be happier with the service. Benjamin and Dennis were absolutely fantastic – professional, polite, and very efficient. They arrived right on time, handled the appliance with great care, and made sure it was set up exactly where I wanted it.

They were also very considerate in my home, making sure not to knock or mark anything. It really made the whole process stress-free and easy.

Huge thanks to Benjamin and Dennis for such excellent service – they are a real credit to the company!
