Unprofessional and unacceptable business practices.

This company until lately was amazing, on Monday I email asking if I could reload, I was quoted a loan amount if I paid of previous balance in full, so I did $469.95, this is not my first loan with them , and as soon as I did they stopped responding, before hand they were emailing asking if I was gonna take the offer and send in balance.

Not at all professional as nothing has changed in my finances or address.
