Good prices, post was quick. Arrived well packaged

Completed cancellation forms on two Funko Pop pre orders. 8 months and 12 months later they turn up and was charged. Very poor

Really great service. Pre ordered a Funko POP Vinyl which was delivered quickly after it came into stock and packaged very securely. Will definitely be buying from here again.

I have bought many a funko from Sonner Toys and they've always arrived well packaged and in good condition. I have however, decided to only purchase in stock items from now on, (not that many in stock available), as I have been waiting over a year for a funko I preordered in 2021. I hope if it doesn't materialise they honour a refund.
One of the preordered funkos arrived last week (one year after preordering, but the other I'm still waiting for).
Saying that, the in-stock funkos get despatched straight away and are always in good condition (in box collector).

I always prefer ordering my favourtie action figures from Sonner Toys. They have a vast range of toys and collectibles and it's all very simple to browse and order. Always reliable in packaging and delivery. I have so far ordered thrice from them and will probably keep coming back

I love ordering from Sonner Toys! Being that I live in the states, UK will get certain Marvel Legend releases the have not came out here. Delivery is surprising someone quick.

The product itself was amazing so was the delivery but I will never use them again I placed my pre order (16.12.21) I know to expect delays but didn't receive my order until yesterday (23.6.22) not impressed

Sonner Toys are an excellent online retailer, and a friendly seller to find at Comic Cons. Having used Sonner Toys for a few online purchases, both sale items and full price new releases, the quality of service is always to a high standard. The prices are reasonable and the packaging of collectibles is secure. Great shop!

Great company that offered an amazing offer in discounts. Even though they’d had numerous orders, the items came quickly and were packaged really well. Great selection they have and it’s a company I will definitely use again. I would recommend anyone to use them, as they keep you up-to-date on your order and provide a quality service.

Sonner Toys provided excellent customer service, from the updates on when I could expect the preordered items to be in stock to the brilliant packaging and quick delivery. I was really impressed, as my Funko Pops were bubble wrapped and in a box with fragile tape, and were very protected as a result.
I would highly recommend Sonner Toys and will be using them again in the future.

I was a bit hesitant to order here after reading some of the feedback, but I had great experience with them. My order was shipped the next day after I paid and it arrived fast (overseas) and in good condition.
