Abu and Eby Y were great, they texted me the night before and the morning of my delivery to keep me updated on when they would arrive. They also managed to get up the stairs very fast and timely and made my bed in next to no time. They did the job great and efficiently. Very impressed, would defo recommend

I’ve only had mine for two weeks and it’s already creaking. The base feels flimsy, and one of their own team told me it’s a common issue with divan beds that have drawers.

It’s supposed to come with a 5-year warranty, but I’ve been told I’ll have to pay for the upgraded headboard again, plus delivery, if it’s replaced.

If I was buying another bed, I’d go with Sealy without hesitation – the quality is far better.

Do your research before you buy. I wish I had now seeing similar negative reviews

Exceptional service , I couldn’t fault the speed of order to delivery which was 5 days. Delivery team worked hard and were very helpful explaining other services collection of old mattress and disposal of all the packaging. The bed looks fantastic. Material on the bed just tacked on. Can clearly see tack stiches in corners. Not even sticked all the way down.

Jacob H and Kam did our delivery today . They were professional, friendly and most of all careful! Tight staircase to get round which they tackled with ease. They kept me informed of delivery time, calling half an hour before arrival, so no putting everything on hold whilst waiting in during the delivery slot! Brilliant thank you!

Two gentlemen Riasat and Saad from Sono own delivery team delivered our king size bed today. They were able and confident to manoeuvre the large bed up the stairs without damaging anything . They were courteous and patient while we opened the package and double checked to make sure everything was perfect. Much better than the previous third party delivery team.

The two gentlemen who came to deliver and collect my exchange mattress . Named Siasat & Saad were so helpful professional excellent customer service. They went that extra mile to unpack and place the new replacement in the room of choice and so polite and hard working. The whole experience was awesome and quick. Thankyou both of you!

Hi. We cannot recommend this company enough. We ordered a bed frame at a really competitive price, we could choose the day of delivery, which was perfect. We opted for the assembly option and their communication was spot on. They kept us informed of progress along the way and called us on the morning of delivery. Their delivery team were courteous and efficient.
