Scam it seems

Scam it seems paid for 6 cards which never arrived and this company don't even bother to reply. Will contact the bank on charge back. Avoid at all cost..Sadly another Facebook ad. Which appeared genuine.

SCAM!!..Initiate a ‘charge back’

Would give zero stars if I could.
Ordered and paid for 2 flower cards which supposedly should have been delivered within 3-5 working days, emailed several times which produced various replies of “been dispatched” “had so many orders they hadn’t sent anything out due to high numbers of orders”. I requested a refund many times and was ignored so I contacted my bank and initiated a ‘charge back’.

My advice…Contact your bank and do the same!

Don’t trust them!

I placed an order more than a month ago and I still waiting for my items.
Supposedly, they were to arrive 8-12 business days. I even paid for shipping insurance.
Each time I email the company they just say they have many orders and they are behind. They don’t have a phone number that I can call. I think I lost my money.

Should be no stars. Like the others in this post I also put in an order on 5th March 2023, did not receive a confirmation email, have not received the products and the money was taken from my account on 6th March.

I ordered from this company on March 2

I ordered from this company on March 2, 2023. The credit card posted the payment on March 2. I never received a confirmation of the purchase, so I have no tracking or order number. I have still not received my order, and this is March 21. I have tried contacting them using the emails their sites provide and they have been returned as undeliverable. I am turning to my credit card company to let them know that I never received my merchandise, and hopefully will get a refund. I see several negative reviews on this Trustpilot site, however none of these are posted on the Sonorous site.
