Sony headphones

I got some WH-1000XM5 headphones for a christmas present last year .These haven’t been abused or ill treated at all but they have snapped through near the left hand swivel. Apparently Sony will not cover this.Also had a pair of the model before they at least lasted three years before they snapped almost the same area .Be very careful purchasing these headphones you have been warned update *** my sons of the same model have cracked in exactly the same spot as well so yes it’s a design flaw

Headphones WH1000MX4
A group is creating a class action lawsuit against Sony who refuses to address a problem with the above headphones. That problem being the screeching sound that pierces into ones ears causing a health concern.
If you too have this above problem and would like to join this class action against Sony please leave your interest in the comments.
DO NOT ALLOW this company to just ignore this health concern.
