Complete SCAM!!!!!
Complete SCAM!!!!!! Can I say it any louder!?!? If I could I would!!! Avoid at all cost. Straight out of China, false advertising, you will NEVER receive what you expect you purchased. Their “about” page shows a photo of what looks like this beautiful, loving, honest-looking family and it has obviously been copied and posted to their website! And so have their items for sale - copied and posted the same. Nothing legit about this company. You may start out on a different website that looks legit but it will actually be them. BE WARNED! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

⁴³⁸⁻³⁴⁹⁸I purchased from bomenaa.com - false advertising, The size is only stated on the box. The shoes I received are too big when I tried them on and I know they are a full size larger when I compared them to my existing shoes. All of this is below the reputation of this company. I tried to deal with trusted companies I gave 2 stars only because they responded to my emails in a timely manner and the shoes look like the pictures.i was trying to return this shoes back to the company so iwent online and i found their help dial which is ⁸have great customer service Finally got the return address to return this shoes back to the company When ordering you dont know its from China until after the transaction goes through and you see it on PAYPAL. AVOID!
I wish I had checked this site before being duped. Purchased a talking Harry Potter hat through Lunairoad but the item was supplied by soofancy. I actually got a useless plastic ornament even though it was advertised with sound and movement. Contacted them and even after over half dozen emails, they refuse to acknowledge they falsely advertised the item! Offered me just 10 GBP refund on a 33 GBP cost for something you wouldn’t pay more than a fiver for. Complete rip off, STEER CLEAR! They hide behind other company names so you don’t discover who is ripping you off until it’s too late.
Terrible
Terrible. Bag I ordered took forever to arrive. It came badly damaged. They wouldn't refund money.

Bought a product for my husband on our 5th anniversary and was disgusted and extremely disappointed that it came and was faulty. Whiskey tap and it leaked our whiskey all over desk. Sent email and video of evidence and got a offered of £2 refund showed video and they offered me £5 refund for which I paid near to £50! Please don’t use this company as items are faulty and feedback is not good!

I would not even give them a one star
I would not even give them a one star. However, I had to give it one to be able to rate my experience. I bought a brand new chair for a gift ($100.00). It broke in 20 minutes. I contacted customer support, they said the best they could do is give me a partial refund of $5.00. They're a total joke. I'm so sick of SCAMMERS. They advertise they're site as Marktoyy.com STAY FAR AWAY!!!

They are trading under the name of CARDONELY please be aware these are scammers the goods do not exist. Luckily I paid with Paypal and got my money back.
This is a scam site
This is a scam site - I purchased from bomenaa.com - false advertising, the product advertised is not the product received , customer service denies any support or wrong doing. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SITES
One big con. Don't even go there
I emailed Cardonely who i originally purchased a Robot from and this company replied they have my money, i don't have my goods they never arrived. Now they claim the order number is unknown despite copy and past. i have reported them to PayPal and got my money back. i wish they had a minus star option i would choose that.
Dire quality and hiding the fact they're in China
I made the mistake of not checking these reviews. I bought from Cardonely.com which seems to be the same place potentially under a few other names too.
I bought a camping chair that took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it had a tear in a structural point. To their credit they replied to the emails, but only to offer me insultingly low partial refunds starting at $5 growing to £20 in increments of £5 with each email. I had to open a paypal case against them, which did yield a full refund eventually, but they refused to cover costs of returning... and as others have said, its not clear its from China until you get the bill. I took advice from CAB and the seller is responsible for costs of return but neither the seller or paypal seemed to care about this. So I could get a full refund, but pay half of it to send it back (so... basically 6 weeks of pain to donate £40 to DHL), or accept a 50% refund and keep the faulty product. Great choices.
Last time I buy from a site without knowing exactly where they are and a lesson learnt about Paypal too.
Don't buy from boggg-bags.com (rip off knock off)
Ordered what I thought was a Bogg Bag (beach bag made out of crocks material). Come to find out I should have done more homework. They are operating under the website of boggg-bags.com (extra "G" in the product name). They are buying Google Ads so they come up in the top of the searches. This is not a valid reseller of this product and in fact my payment was sent to Shenzhen Tiancheng Automobile Service Co., Ltd. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Stay away from these scam artists!!!!!
If I could have given no stars I would…
If I could have given no stars I would have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Ordered a pair of skates in UK size 7 & 1/2. Paid £54 for them.
As these were for daughters birthday, when they arrived we put them away until her birthday. She opened them on the day all excited, only to find these didn’t fit. After checking realised these were size 5. Have spent months going back and forward to be told I cannot send these back and I should keep them and sell on. That they would offer me £10 back for inconvenience. Have asked them in numerous of occasions for full refund as this was their mistake and as their customer I have right, but they are not budging. Wish I had never used them and if could I would take this further. This is not how customers should be treated.
Big time scammers!
I totally agree with all the other complaints. I ordered a 'metal cow table' for $69.99 from Geekpupple. A month later I received a 9" plastic cow statue. On their webpage they use the exact same picture of a cow table that is advertised in Plow and Hearth so that is what I expected to receive. It is not what I received. After I wrote and complained they sent me an $8 refund. Soofancy is the company who responded to all my emails so somehow the two companies are connected.
Complete scam artists - Soofancy
Complete scam artists. I bought a decorative wall angel from them for $70. I received a shocking replica of what had been advertised. I contacted them with photographic evidence and was offered $3. I offered to pay for return shipping and nothing. After threatening legal action they stopped replying. BE WARNED.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered two Cool conditioners. We weren't satisfied with them, so I emailed their customer service to have a refund to my PayPal account. They offered me $3.00!! I paid $78.00 total. Then after back and forth emails, they offered $5, $15, and now $40. Sorry folks..not falling for this scam. A buyer trusts the company they buy from, but not in this case.
So, I'll be disputing the charge and writing bad reviews. Hopefully this will be taken care of soon, or legal action will occur!
Buyer Beware!!
Buyer Beware!!! I don’t even want to leave them a 1 star. They deserve a negative 100! I ordered Grandpa’s Weeder. I had previously ordered 2 from another company so I knew what to expect. The picture and description was correct but the item sent was a piece of junk. I paid $32 and they have offered me $3 since I’ve filed a fraudulent charge against them with my credit card company.
Soofancy or Cardonely
Soofancy or Cardonely as this is who I ordered from. Goods arrived finally, quality very bad. Requested a return address and a full refund only to be fobbed off with excuses and offered a $5 partial refund for inconvenience and then told that by returning the goods they may not arrive and go missing in the post. I paid £55 through PayPal so I've now put in a dispute with them. I would never use this company and don't know how they are able to operate in this country.
Multi front Chinese scammers.
Ordered a 7' tall bigfoot silhouette from a site called buykuin. Recieved a 2' tall silhouette. Contacted them and Soofancy replied after a few days, offering a $2 refund. No telling how many fronts these scammers have. Buykuin has an address listed in China. Beware.
