Same dodgy company that formerly went under the name of Elle The Label- buyer beware and check out the shocking reviews of that company before buying from these guys.
Sent my $179.95 BellaRose dress back to China at my cost of $40 because the quality was terrible, smelled like chemicals and didn't fit. Company said they didn't receive the parcel after holding onto it for 8 months and refused to give me a refund. Gave me the refund details for a partial refund of 20% (a fake processed refund) with the name of the account owner for Elle The Label scribbled out. Hundreds of similar reviews hence why they've shut down and reopened under Soof The Label.

I don’t usually leave reviews but yeah this one deserves a mention. The sweater feels soft and doesn’t irritate my skin which is important for me. It also holds shape after washing which I didn’t expect. Been wearing it quite a bit lately.
