Should of checked this website before buying, order took 4 weeks to arrive and totally wrong size when it did. They say to email them to get return label - 5 days and 3 emails later radio silent

I would not recommend ordering from this company.
I placed and paid for my order at the end of December. The delivery took more than four weeks to arrive. As soon as I received the item, I returned it immediately.
It has now been over four additional weeks since the return, and I still have not received my refund.
Customer service is unreliable. I only get replies when contacting them through their website form, and email communication usually stops after a single response, leaving issues unresolved.
Based on my experience, do not order from this shop!

I should have known better than to buy based on a TikTok reel.
Took about a month to arrive. Really flimsy bras, poor quality, even worse fit
Cheap material absolutely not worth the €30+ they’re charging. I’ve gotten better for a fiver.
