1. No communication with regards to tracking of shipping until I emailed them.
2. The thong between the toes broke after having worn them for just two weeks.
3. When I requested replacement or a refund I was told it was not policy to replace products on sale but that I could have a 10% refund or a 15% reduction in another order.
4. I unexpectedly had to pay in US dollars instead of New Zealand dollars which then made the product very expensive at $54 especially considering the poor quality and longevity.
5. The jandals squeak annoyingly and gave me blisters.
6. The company do not guarantee their product once they have sold on. Effectively a scam in my opinion.

I never received my order have tried to chat with them to find out what company delivered them and cannot get an answer from them. They wanted to call me but wanted me to put my credit card number in and agree to a charge of 45 dollars. It has been a horrible experience with this company. DON'T EVER BUY FROM SOOTHEZZ. I was just scammed out of 35.00

Crap rip off company. I chose the New Zealand site and it made no mention of what currency being charged in but the receipt after paying said USD so way more expensive then I was expecting. I immediately asked to cancel and refund but they won’t give me all my money. back despite 100% refund claims on website. Don’t deal with companies like these, corrupt. Very slow to respond.

It took a little to arrive but it was comfortable and looked like in the photo, my foot got better.

Placed an order on Nov 12. Order never shipped, no update email or anything. Found a new discount on website the next day 25% off. I asked to give me price match or refund and I can place a new order, but when I requested to cancel they charged an $11.99 restocking fee despite no product being shipped. On top of that send me a reponse" Next time be 100% sure before placing an order" customer service response felt unprofessional. I wish I have read reviews before ordering. Just sharing so others are aware.

I ordered a US size 7.5 sandal. What arrived is an EU size 40-41. On mosr size conversion charts, that is equivalent to a US size 10. The picture shows my old size 7.5 sandal next to the Sootheez sandal. After 20 emails with customer service, they still insist that this giant shoe is the correct size. By their logic, I needed to order the wrong US size to get the right shoe. But the ad doesn't tell you that. And guess what? They have a NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS policy. I finally had to contest the charge with my credit card company. THEN they promised a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!

When you’re shopping on their website, they make everything look easy: “hassle-free returns, guaranteed refunds” — but once you actually try to return something, it’s a completely different story.

I contacted them about returning my order, and suddenly they claimed that because it was “on sale,” it’s non-returnable and non-refundable. Nowhere did it say that when I bought it!

To make things worse, I ordered two pairs of slides on October 18, and only one pair ever arrived. The second pair has been missing for weeks, and they’ve ignored every follow-up message.

This company is dishonest and deceptive — don’t waste your money or your time! ⚠️

In today's age this company don't care about customer satisfaction. We purchased the shoes for comfort but the shoes were so painful that I could not wear. They have no refund policy on any sale items and everything on their website is on sale. After repeated requests they did not care and offered no solutions.

How can a company like this exists where they do not stand by there products. Please don't waste your money. It is not worth it

They fall off when I walk, they’re so sloppy on my feet
I’ve sent many emails. They keep telling me it’s nonrefundable.
Yet there’s a guarantee if the sizing isn’t right that you get your money back

US & AUS shoes sizes are normally the same but Sootheez sent me a size 8 which ended up being an AUS size 9/10. Sootheez were not helpful in addressing the issue and just would not consider accepting them back in return for the correct size.
REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
There are plenty of other shoe retailers out there, I suggest you use one of those instead.

They took two(2) amounts from me
one from Pay Pal & One from debit card!!!!!
Also there was one item extra on order I did not order.
The refunded one amount to my debit card.
BUT PAYPAL still processed payment!!
I HAVE NOT RECIEIVED AN GOODS DESPITE BEING OVER 2 MONTHS AGO

Cheap from China, which I could get from K-mart in Australia for possibly $10 which cost me from Sootherz $55 Australian so please don’t waste your money as they falsely advertise

Very poor quality. Will not refund your money, as they claim “no refunds on sale items”. All their items are “on sale”, so no refunds. Wish I had done my homework before buying. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Shoes are slippery and ill fitting. Very wide. Company promises 100% satisfaction or money back but on by creating an account and reading the extended return policy that's not shown with the quick link, do you see that sale items can't be returned. Total scam!

The store is selling defective overpriced products, shipping wrong sizes, not offering refund or return of defective products and of wrong sizes shipped. Very bad customer service. Ripping off customers!

These are the most ill fitting uncomfortable sandals that I have had the displeasure of wearing. I will never purchase anything from this company again!!!

One of the clogs arrived bent and I cannot wear it, it is defective. I sent pictures as requested and asked if they could send me a replacement for that one shoe and they said no. Terrible customer service. I wasted my money in something I cannot wear. They dont stand by their product. In addition, the clogs dont look like the pictures in the ads and the material is poor quality.

I bought three pair of shoes from this company. All three of them do not fit me and I tried to return them. They do not return anything that is on sale. However, everything on their site is always on sale. So now I’m stuck with $150 worth of shoes. Emily of the company is from China and China. Does this all the time.
