Then they and T-Force brought them in a large 20 wheeler truck when Soothing and T-Force knew and acknowleded that they needed a "box truck" to make it up my hill, so my crew had to unpack down the hill and cart the 6 planter pots up the hill and dispose of the packing material.
My only regret is not buying more
My only regret is not buying more. I suffer from bunions and corns on my pinkie toe. After wearing my shoes for one day, I immediately ordered another pair.

Customer service was top notch. Had close to a million questions when I first called and Britta answered them all. Received great communication after purchase with estimate ship date, ship date with tracking and following up with a couple questions after delivery. Would recommend.
Sloppy craftsmanship poor service…
I ordered a small cream colored ceramic sand dollar fountain from the company. The piece I received had several defects including holes in the pottery, bubbles from left over stone not wiped away before firing, sloppy glazing, and unfinished support pieces for the top not glazed at all exposing the orange clay. All in all the pottery work was SLOPPY. The customer service was terrible! They kept on telling me that the defects added to the uniqueness of the piece. After several emails they finally agreed to a return. After reading the reviews it looks like I will only get a portion of the cost back. Terrible customer service! I agree with previous posts - BUYER BEWARE!!
Buyer beware, as other reviews mention
As other reviews mention, this company's customer service is not only lacking, they will not take responsibility for issues that are clearly caused by them or the manufacturer of the product they are selling. I could also repeat verbatim the review from 10 Jul, but I'll add that my $2500 fountain came in two different colors. After repeated gaslighting attempts via their customer services team to convince me I was imagining the differences, the manager (Brita) finally agreed this was the worst situation they'd seen and the fountain never should have passed quality control. While these email dates are not fully comprehensive, and by no means reflect the numerous phone calls I made to their customer service team, I want to give an idea of the scope of their delays and assurances that amounted to nothing. I have saved emails from 2/23, 3/26, 4/10, 4/12, 5/3, 5/7, 5/21, and 6/12. The last email assured me again they were working to resolve it to get me an appropriate stain to fix the issue myself. I finally gave up. To be clear I pressured them into a 10% refund, but never received a stain. So I have fountain worth thousands of dollars sitting prominently in front of a historic home where the tiers don't match. Buyer beware.
Poor Customer Service
Ordered a fountain from this company. The process began well - good customer service. Ultimately, the fountain was damaged upon arrival. Was willing to overlook this - but the hole for cords (in the basin) was also not present as indicated. I was told that was an error BUT that if I were to have the hole drilled, I'd waive the warranty. Further, the auto fill and light kit we ordered were not with the fountain (and becuase of how it was wrapped, that was not clear until the fountain was unboxed). When I contacted the company, they apologized for failing to send all items, but then tried to tell us to do installation differently from the instructions, going as far as telling us to use a conduit (not part of the instructions at all). I had to have my installer come back twice, as well as having to relay many, many Soothing Company emails that had conflicting information about installation. I was then told I was disregarding information and that I shouldn't have a third party installer (how is a single person supposed to be able to lift and install a large, heavy fountain?) and more. I will make the best of it - and pay for two visits from installer, as well as pay him to repair the damages to the fountain. I would never order from this company again. They provided a very small refund, but only after really pressing them and spending too much time trying to explain the scenario, which they kept disrgarding. Recommend you find another company to order from.

Received color samples to help narrow down my color choice. Fountain arrived 2 weeks after purchasing and it was pretty straightforward for me and a couple neighbors to assemble. I ordered the Whispering Creek Slate…
I ordered the Whispering Creek Slate Wall waterfall fountain. Beautiful to the eye, but horrible on the wall!! ALL YOU HEAR IS THE VIBRATING PUMP. No matter how many times I tried to buffer with the foam they sent me, which did not work.!; NO matter if the pump was on the LOWEST setting. It did and has not served the purpose I desired. I was seeking a water wall fountain that would seem as though I was lying on the ground next to a creek or river. IT WILL ONLY BE AWESOME IN A VERY LARGE SPACE THAT OTHERS SOUND MIGHT, AND I MEAN MIGHT BUFFER THE VIBRATION. FOR ONE TO SPEND 5 HUNDRED DOLLARS AND GET THIS, WALL OVERALL VERY DISAPPOINTING AND I FEEL AS THOUGH I WAS TAKEN BY ONLINE FAIRY TALES. NO WHISPERING CREEK WATER FOUNDATION HERE. VERY IRRITATING NOISE FOR A MEDITATION ROOM

Water Fountain review
The company provides misleading and incorrect information regarding the detailed specifications of their products (i.e., water fountain) causing the customer to incur significant additional cost. In addition, when it has been proven the product is not what the customer thought it was, they do make any reparations.
They take your money upfront 4-6 weeks before delivery. This policy does not leave you any leverage if the product that shows up is not what they claimed it was supposed to be.
The sales staff is professional and friendly but unfortunately, they are uninformed regarding the product they are selling. I would not recommend this company.

Very pleased with my fountain purchase. Installation and delivery had not issues. I appreciated the customer service with helping me select a color. So nervous to order something this large online but everything went well.

I am a consumer that does not like to write negative reviews, however, I have to write on in such an instance. Initially, the customer service was excellent with Sara. I was very excited. When the product arrived the first time, the slate was damaged. I immediately took pictures and contacted Sara. They issued another slate to be delivered. This one arrived damaged as well. The process was repeated. Another slate was ordered. Again, it arrived damaged although it was with a different carrier. The problem was the Soothing Company did not properly package the product for long distance travel. For the life of me, I could not understand why they would not secure a fragile material more securely. I will not discuss that I had to re-schedule my grand opening because of the three attempts to deliver the slate which is an integral part of the product. Nor shall I mention, this is a very expensive purchase, cost close to two thousand. For that price, you think they would get it right. So FINALLY, on the FOURTH attempt, the slate appeared properly secured, however, I had to accept the delivery without inspecting as the carrier would not allow their driver to open it. I immediately called Sara and advised her of this. She stated that I had 48 hours to inspect. Now the problem is this.. my contractor cannot come until after 48 hours and I will not allow any one other than a professional to open this package as long as it took for them to get it right! Loren and Sara advised me basically I am on my own. To sum it up, I am sooo sorry I started this journey with the Soothing Company and once I have this installed, I am praying it looks magnificent for all the trouble I have been through with this company. I would NOT recommend them to my colleagues.
No customer service after purchase!
I bought a fountain from them. It doesn't hold water in the basin. They are refusing I help because I didn't cover the fountain in the winter. They never provided a cover or said one needed to be used and I live in Texas so ice isn't really a problem.
I would recommend staying away from them since they don't back their products.

Excellent response times, assistance and professionalism throughout the fountain purchase process. Products are as described and customer service is beyond reproach.
Following the recommendations provided by Soothing Walls, fountain was very easy to install once site prep work was completed. We purchased a very large, 4 tier fountain, which did require ground prep and a large front-loader fork lift to assemble. My landscaping professional was able to accommodate all of the prep and assembly. Looks beautiful. An amazing addition to our home.
2 Recommendations to potential buyers:
-Take the time to order the stone color templates to ensure the correct color choice. The on-line colors are a bit off, which in my case worked out well. Could present a problem for some if you choose a color based on digital media alone.
-When receiving your shipment, it may not be possible to immediately open and inspect each and every piece. As was the case with my shipment, my landscaping company was not on hand to open the packaging and inspect each piece at the time of delivery. (Some of the pieces weighed 450lbs). That said, be sure to write "pending inspection" on your delivery receipt. This covers you should you later discover damage to your shipment.
As a business owner, I appreciate good service more than most and also understand the power of positive feedback. I could not possibly be more pleased with the process and end result.

Very helpful staff. I received our fountain fairly quickly. It had a small piece damaged because of shipping but Soothing Company was very quick to fix the issue. I would recommend this company if you are looking to purchase an indoor fountain.
Significantly changed price
We were reviewing an outdoor fountain that was listed at $500. We worked with one person, and had emails about the cost and the color. We called back to order and were told the other person was gone, and the cost of the fountain was now $750. We sent the emails to them to let them know what we were quoted, but we were told that the price was the new price!
