The covers came in a very shot time. I realized that I had made a mistake. My very small sofa had only two pillows on the seat and back and I ordered three. I contacted customer service who told me if they hadn’t shipped, the order could be canceled. I received them a few days after the phone call. They fit on my sofa and I love them! Now I have an extra back and seat cover if anything happens.
I love the color and they are so easy to put on and remove, wash beautifully, and look terrific.

I love the sofa cushion covers. They were high quality, in a color as described, and fit perfectly.

I ordered additional covers for the chair portion of my sectional separately from the other covers. The fit was perfect and the color matched the original one I bought. Would absolutely recommend.

I wanted to like these and I did for the feel and look of them. But they would not stay put on the couch. Other brands have ties that wrap around the back to keep everything in place- I highly recommend the company to add this feature. I wound up buying a different set from a different company with the ties to keep everything in place.

I accidentally ordered two pillow covers instead of two arm covers. I sent an email asking for this to be corrected and it was. Wonderful customer service and I love my sofa covers! Win win.

Covers are a good fit and help keep the dog hair manageable!!

Came in a timely manner and was true to quality and color.

I LOVE the couch covers. The only downside is they are NOT waterproof. I found that out when my special needs son had a potty accident on it. I still love them and they keep the couch looking good.

I have 2 sets to change out bi-weekly for the laundry. They protect my couch from my lovable Barbado da Terceira pup!

The couch covers are Wonderful! They stay put, they feel great and they wash beautifully!

The product color and quality are great. They fit my sofa perfectly and I don’t have to keep adjusting a sheet to protect it from my dogs. Three big dogs and it’s holding up wonderfully, doesn’t slip and doesn’t snag.

Our couch covers were delivered in a very timely manner and were definitely as advertised! The color and fit is perfect! Even with a very active dog they have stayed in place and look like the day we bought and put them on. We will be ordering again in the future.

I was skeptical about this purchase, but really enjoy how soft they are and how well they fit. I wish it was clear as to whether or not they are liquid resistant. I have six dogs who are on and off the furniture all day, and the covers stay in place. I have washed and dried them on low several times, and they still look great.

My cushions don’t move so I had to get creative. And no corner piece fit where the L of couch comes together.

I loved the way it fit my sofa and the color is beautiful. My Lab/Huskie has not ruined it as of this writing.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I placed my order around April 20 and received it May 29. I had it on my couch for 2 hrs and my dog chewed a huge hole in it!!! What a waste of $103.89!

The quality of the product is very good. However, it took a long time, and only 3 of 5 were delivered and we had to wait weeks for the remaining 2.

If I could give ZERO stars for my experience with Soothing Home, I would. After numerous phone calls and emails back and forth between myself and their "Customer Service", I still have nothing resolved. Well over a month after ordering a numerous covers for a large sectional sofa, I do not have my order, and the money has not been returned to my credit card as requested. It started with shipment delay after "creating the label", then went to declaring shipment being lost. I was told that it was reshipped and they would forward tracking info ASAP. Never heard from them, and evidently they never reshipped. I repeatedly got "canned" emails from their employees, stating that they understood my frustration, would look into it, and get back to me shortly. I am DONE with waiting on my items and have now had to demand a refund since they have not done so. I was able to order covers from a different company and received them within 2 days...AND, I like the color, texture and quality better. Soothing Home is an absolute fraud of a company.

First of all, I love these covers for the ease and how sophisticated they look! Also, Soothing Home was very understanding when I accidentally ordered an extra item and told me to keep it rather than go through the hassle of a return!
